Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid course enrolments invoiced by Techassemble Digital. Website enquiries and informational pricing pages do not create a charge. Corporate purchase orders may include additional terms that prevail if they conflict with this page.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after invoice payment and no later than 7 days before the cohort start date, whichever comes first. After materials for Week 1 are released, full refunds are no longer available.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort or when your written request meets the timeframe above. Partial refunds of 50% may be offered if you withdraw after Week 1 materials are released but before Week 3 begins, provided you have not received a live audit walk review. After Week 3 begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by Hong Kong law.

Non-refundable items

Custom plant datasets prepared for your team, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed one-day workshops after the session has started are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@techassemble.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or bank transfer within 15 business days after approval. Currency will match the invoice (typically HKD).

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or plant shutdowns may allow goodwill transfers even outside the standard window; these are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.
